Why We Started

The idea for The Retail Tales came from a simple observation: while AI is transforming retail at an unprecedented pace, there wasn't a dedicated space for deep, thoughtful conversations about this transformation. Most content was either focued on just AI in general, or focused on retail - nothing was at the intersection of retail and AI. It was either too technical for business leaders or too high-level for implementers.

We wanted to create a podcast that bridges that gap—bringing together the strategic vision and the practical implementation, the opportunities and the challenges, the present reality and the future possibilities. Our goal is to help listeners navigate the complex landscape of retail AI, whether they're just starting their journey or are already deep in implementation.
